The first part of stage 2 must be completed by Secretaries ONLY,
NEW CLUB SECRETARIES : please register a new SECRETARY user for your club using the Login Here Link from the home page. Then email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an update to Secretary status (this is a security measure and only has to be done the first time you register). Once upgraded login and follow the Existing Club Secretaries instructions below. Managers must create their own login after Secretaries have completed this process, however access is restricted until Secretaries upgrade their user status using Administrate Users,
EXISTING CLUB SECRETARIES : Please login and use the Club Directory Editor to update your Club Details and generate the teams for this season. You MUST click Update Club after your first login. Once this has been done you can use the Team Directory Editor to update each teams information. If you wish to use data from last season, EGU12s to U13s just select the last seasons team from the list at the bottom of you team page.
Secretaries can manage their own team contact information and assign different levels to managers access.
For ease of copy and paste to WGS, player information and photographs for previously registrered players will be available through your login, after the start of the season it will be deleted from our RDYFL/NDYFL database and be soley on the FA's WGS.
The deadline for Club/Team information is : Monday 3rd September 2018.
Online Player Registration is now through the FA'a Whole Game System, for ALL Clubs.
Secretaries need to create the player within the FA's WGS, including a photograph and must confirm the players ID and eligibility,

This will be a 2 stage process as has been the norm in recent years:
NO LOGIN IS REQURED TO ENTER STAGE 1 – ONLY SECRETARIES SHOULD ENTER THIS INFORMATION
For existing and new clubs whose teams wish to play in the North Derbyshire Youth Football League during the 2018/19 season, the club Secretary is required to register ELECTRONICALLY on the NDYFL website , including club officer contact information and an indication by age group of the number of teams they wish to enter for Season 2018/19 e.g.
Club ABC Wanderers
U7 x 2 U11 x U8 x 2 U12 x 1 U9 x 1 etc etc U10 x 1 for Saturday and/or Sunday teams
Nothing else is required at this stage, no managers names – no team addresses – no team pitches – no team contact details – that will be completed in Stage 2.

NDYFL Transition Tournament
NDYFL : Chernobyl Children’s Life Line Mini Soccer Transition Tournament, hosted by NDYFL 23rd & 24th June 2018 Holmebrook Valley Park Chesterfield S41 8XP
We would like to invite your team(s) to take part in our Mini-Soccer transition tournament on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th June 2018, at Holmebrook Valley Park, Chesterfield. All profits raised from this tournament will be given to the NDYFL’s chosen charity: The Chernobyl Children’s Life Line. On the day there will also be fundraising events and opportunities for donation to this very worthy cause.

This is a transition tournament to enable new U7s play , 5v5 moving to 7v7 etc. Under 7s, Under 8s, U9s and U10s. ALL AGE GROUPS FOR THE NEW UPCOMING SEASON 2018/19
On the chosen day of play a representative from each TEAM must be present to register the team by 08.30am. With the first games kicking off at 09.00am.
