The appointed Referee has the power to decide the fitness of the ground in all matches. Unless the ground of a Local Authority is called off by a representative of that body. The home team must consult the referee in all cases.

Happy New Year everybody, let's hope the weather is going to be kinder to us now!!
Please note that the outstanding fixtures of the second round of the primary cup will be played on 31st January. This has meant that a few league fixtures have been postponed.
Check your fixtures and rearrange all postponed matches. Let me know ASAP if you wish to play another team on 31st. Many teams have already re-arranged many postponed matches, but there are still a lot of postponed matches to be sorted. This needs to be done ASAP, it is your responsibility. Let me know all changes by email and I will update the fixtures.
I intend to play the third round on 14th February, which will cause further fixture problems, but we need to get the cup matches played. I will draw the dinvisions that are already completed at the weekend and post these matches. U13, U14, U15, U16, U18 still have oustanding fixtures, so I will post these after the 31st once the other fixtures are completed

Please inform all your Committee, Team Managers and Players that ALL Rowsley and District Youth League Matches are CANCELLED this weekend, 16th & 17th January 2010.
