VOLUNTEER COACHES WANTED FOR NEXT SEASON (2015 - 2016)

WINGERWORTH JUNIOR FOOTBALL CLUB ARE LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEER COACHES TO HELP MANAGE UNDER 7s TEAMS FOR NEXT SEASON (2015-2016)

Currently, we have 28 children playing in our 'Little Dudes' programme. This programme helps teach children aged 5-7 the basic techniques and skills involved in football by offering fun and exciting training sessions each week. We also operate a rewards programme which helps motivate and challenge the children. This is proving very successful so far and is already providing us with excellent results.

We are looking for motivated FOOTBALL COACHES who can volunteer approximately 3 hours a week to help manage and train the Wingerworth Under 7s next season (2015-2016). The 3 hours will be split between training (1x Monday night in the week) and a Saturday Morning (Match Day). The WJSA Under 7s will play in the rdyfl U7 league next season. If possible, we would like new coaches to meet the team this season and also help coach a few sessions. We would also like to introduce the coaching philosophy and the long term plan for the teams before the start of the 2015-2016 season and introduce any new coaches to the children and parents. It is a very exciting time for football at WJSA at the foundation level, and we would love enthusiastic coaches to help us achieve our goal of providing fun and exciting sessions to children who are just starting out on their footballing journeys.

Coaches MUST have a minimum of FA Level 1 coaching badge, first aid qualification, safeguarding children and also their own transport.
