F.A respect feedback

Just a bit of feedback after reading through the booklet. Looking at the steps a ref is to take during a game, 1.Freekick 2.Freekick and a word with the player 3.Freekick and a word with the captain 4.Freekick and a card. This has so much grey area and could cause more problems for refs, players,coaches/managers and supporters. For example if a player makes a two footed tackle do you go through step 1, 2, 3 and 4? or go straight to 4? If one player gets a yellow card after one tackle does that mean everyone gets a yellow card for an offence? I agree that the refs decision is final and no matter how you feel about it, you accept it and get on with it. I think it needs to be made clear for everyone so we can all work together for a better game for players, refs, managers and supporters.
